Assistant Project Manager New Jersey, USA


  • Manage day-to-day project activities.
  • Analyze, monitor, and prepare cost exposure reports and cash flow projections;
  • Maintain comprehensive budgets and projects schedules;
  • Monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulations;
  • Assist in the preparation of estimates and value engineering analysis during the design management process. The person will process submittals, shop drawings, substitution requests, change proposals and change orders, and will also be responsible for weekly and monthly reports that discuss, in detail, the status of the project;
  • Provide engineering solutions to rectify field issues fir as-built conditions;
  • Evaluate the structural performance of equipment, tools or structural members.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Requires at least a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Engineering Management, Structural Engineering or related field;
  • should have a solid knowledge and understanding pf contracts and construction drawings/documents;
  • Strong analytical skills and result-oriented;
  • Must be highly organized and efficient, and able to handle a wide variety of obligations;
  • Proficient in Auto CAD;
  • Speaking Chinese is a plus.
