Marketing Manager Newport, Jersey City, NJ, USA

Position Overview:

This role requires working to seek possibilities and develop proposals to win new business. Do the research about new projects and do the evaluation report directly to the company Management. Experience in the curtain wall industry is a plus, and an underage can apply for an assistant level.


  • Develop corporate marketing and project pursuit strategies.
  • Develop, implement and adhere to marketing/proposal policies.
  • Oversee the production and quality of comprehensive proposals, as well as other external and internal communications material.
  • Facilitate strategic relationships with potential partners.
  • Assist senior management in national corporate marketing and communications, client relationship foundations and client care, and promotional events designed to attract new clients and maintain a positive working relationship with existing clients.
  • Other duties as assigned.


  • Minimum of 5 years Industry related experience.
  • Education related to construction management.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Ability to interact with all levels of management.
  • Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment.
  • Balance multiple projects simultaneously.
  • High attention to detail.
